The journey of Dwarka Kalibari was started in the year 2003 with the initiative of a handful of sincere and adventurous few who came to settle permanently in Dwarka Sub City. Their strong desire and conviction to have a permanent institution which could preserve, nurture, foster and cater the cultural values and at the same time take up some work for the benefit and welfare of the society at large and Dwarkites in particular, culminated into registering the Kali Bari as a society under the Delhi Society Act. After that it was never a looking back. Getting land, starting the construction of Kali Bari and subsequent inauguration of Kali Bari on the 10th of July’13, fulfilled the cherished dream of Dwarkites and now we can proclaim proudly with immense pleasure that Dwarka has a Kali Bari of its own. In addition to regular pujas of MAA KALI, LORD MAHADEVA, RADHA KRISHNA and LORD HANUMANJI, Kali Bari also performs all other special pujas and organises social activities. All these are possible because of your constant and unstinting support.
